Netelsan Chairman of the Board and DEİK Turkey-Taiwan Business Council Chairman, Mr. Necmettin Uzun, participated in the Turkey-Asia Pacific Business Councils Presidents Meeting, chaired by Reha Denemeç, and attended by Ambassador Serap Ersoy, Director General of Multilateral Relations for Asia at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Çağatay Özden, Head of the Asia and Pacific Countries Department at the Turkish Ministry of Trade. The meeting addressed the impact of international geopolitical developments on the region, political and economic developments in Asia-Pacific countries, and the development of cooperation, investment, and export opportunities in strategic areas such as energy security, logistics, defense and aviation, technology, e-commerce, and critical minerals. Furthermore, strategies for developing relations with ASEAN countries within the framework of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs' "Re-engagement with Asia Initiative" and the planned Turkey-ASEAN Business and Investment Forum were evaluated.
